Was going to say "some of the lovely ladies on this site" but that is too close to 'pussy'.Sooo...Entree: Dads Garlic Prawns (to die for!).Main: Slow cooked Lamb Shanks from Frenchy's restaurant (South Perth... wonder if it is still there?) with a bottle of Nicholas the 4th (an awesome red I found in the Hunter Valley).Desert: Dads Cheesecake (the other thing to die for) and my co-workers coffee (she earn't the title of FIGJAM for that one!)All served in a garden restaurant overlooking the Sunshine Coast on a mild spring afternoon in the company of some lovely ladies from last weekends gathering. And if there is time... pussy... sorry, couldn't resist

Duck, I think.Beijing duck, from Golden Century or BBQ King or similar. With the sang choi bow, not the soup, altho soup is always virtuous. Pinot Noir best as a Biurgundy (old world wines are better cos they taste dirtier) or, failing that, a pinot from NZ, possibly Tas or Vic. OR Champagne (not sparkling white).

I've had to give this some good thought. It's an important decision after all :) I'd go with Mum's home cooked roast and trifle for dessert. I'd wash it down with my favourite creamy liqueur. I'd probably have seconds of both and the whole bottle of plonk!
