Looking at going to an event and have a few questions :)

  We have been to a few and it's really hard to know how the night will go until you are there....depends on who turns up and how compatible you are but hey, you guys are hot so people will be all over you! Have you tried more private meets, we find them much better but then we like things more focused and intimate. Good luck

  Thanks for the reply, we ended up going to a party and it was great fun, quite an adventure and everyone was very friendly, we didnt have any issues and people didn't try anything that was not welcomed, maybe a little full on for our taste but we wouldn't rule out going to another some day. :)

  We prefer private meets for the same reasons Puppy mentioned. We've only been to one party and it was... for lack of better words.....shit. The hostess informed us beforehand that there would be around 40 to 50 people attending, couples and single ladies between the ages of 20 to 40. Sadly, this was total bullshit. After arriving it was evident that she had been lying through her teeth. There was no way you could've fit 40 people in the apartment let alone 50 and the 20 or so people there were mostly single guys. We had a few drinks and waited a bit hoping things might pick up eventually, by the time midnight came around it was still just single guys sitting around watching porn and drooling over Mrs Foreverlove and her friend who had accompanied us. So the ladies thought we'd give them something to talk about and we went to make use of one of the PRIVATE rooms. Just as we were getting started one of the single guys decided to walk into the clearly labelled private room. I not so politely asked him if he could read and to promptly remove himself. We finished having our fun and left. This was enough to put us off parties for the near future. (Mr)

  Don't be disheartened foreverlove. We've been to several parties hosted by different people and they are all completely different. Which is why it's very hard to give maxncourtney any advice. Some are chilled out, some are full on and most are somewhere in between. It's great maxncourtney that you had a good first experience, and hopefully you'll enjoy many more over time. Foreverlove, not all party hosts are liers, and if we can find a good one to drag you kicking and screaming to, then we will just have to do that so you know they're not all crap Mrs Wilko xx

  We have been to countless parties...run by many different people. All hosts have different ways of doing things and even parties run by the same people can vary on different nights. It all depends on the guests! We have found for those really wanting to play, smaller parties are best..maybe up to 10 couples. Generally everyone (from our experience anyway) like to have fun. If you want to just go and observe ...maybe a bigger group is more suited. In general though everyone is polite & friendly & respectful. If you decide to try a party, you should contact the hosts directly and ask how they format their parties so you will know in advance whether all people attending are there to play or whether there will be other newbies?

  we hold private parties and really enjoy doing so...our parties are like a dance party or social gathering....we encourage dancing, socialising and just having a good time.. no pressure to play at all.... but opportunity there if you meet someone that is compatiable..... always get heaps turn up... so must be doing something right...hahaha..Been to a few more private parties and had a great time as well.... been to a few clubs as well and had a good time... i think it comes down to us not expecting anything... just go along , have a chat and if not comfy... we leave...but playing is not everything to us... just socialising and meeting prospective play partners.. is all that matters...shelly x

  Try and look for another couple who are also looking like they are first timers You'll have the same thing in common. All 4 of you are there, not at the movies, so you really want to get your clothes off if the time and place are right. Maybe a bit later you could give the other couple the excuse they need to + the same for you :)

  We went to a club in Sydney the first time we did anything with other people, and didn't really know what to expect. So we picked the night that sounded the most fun and sounded like it had the most couples there because single guys didnt interest us. we sat in the car for a while looking at people going in and out and decided if we would like them. After a big group of about 4 couples went in we thought ..hey they looked fun so we went in too and asked for a look around. We said it was our first time and weren't sure. After a quick friendly guided tour we decided to stay a few hours so we paid the entrance fee and had a drink in the bar. After lots of conversations and after about 2 hours we met two othr people in the bar and.... the rest is history :):) We had already decided we would just stay with each other not swap and thats what we've always done ever since. It took about 3 hours and really late in the night before all 4 of us took our clothes off. Even then we didn't know if we were going to do anything but it was smiles all round later :) I guess the point was we'd decided just to see what happened and had another club we could have gone to the weekend after (and did a couple of months later)

  Whats the average age of major party event like the sensual ball? Do many people 20-30 go to these events?
