I find that where my head is at before I start is really important. I can't just just start rubbing and pow! It's uncomfortable if I do that and not very enjoyable (so I don't!) Head space has to be right! If angry or upset it doesn't work for me and takes a little while to adjust to someone new. If feeling relaxed, horny or even tired otherwise ok, it can happen remarkably quickly.
