Moody drought

Any females that get moody after some time say a few weeks without sex? I am one very moody person when I go without sex for a few weeks and people in real life that I asked before don’t experience this at all. Anyone here experiencing the same?

    Back a few years now a woman would go to the doctors for relief in the form of digital manipulation of the girly bits. They would pay for this treatment, handsomely. Husbands were none the wiser. It was a good gig there for a while. Hugs Gaz

    These days, thanks to the benefits of meditation, my mood no longer swings wildly. The semi-lotus position, silence, mindfulness, and just doing nothing, can do wonders for the soul. In the past, I'd find myself super happy after sex. It's kinda like a post-orgasm euphoria, which makes sense considering the release of feel-good endorphins post-sex and the release of oxytocin, the cuddles hormone which enhances intimacy and a sense of belonging, hence happiness. If I had to go without sex for more than four days, the happiness level started to dive. More than a week, and I'd become grouchy. 🤣 And to think that I once endured a drought of 9 years +, bloody hell! 🤔 Needless to say, I hit severe depression then and my life was just bloody awful. 😣 Now, without sex, I'm happy. With sex, I'm much happier. With regular, good sex, I'm at my happiest and nothing fazes me. 🤣😉

    But it does pass , at least to the next day that is ... Then I get cranky all over again..

    "There does appear to be some evidence to support your theory right here on RHP." 😄 True true. 😄 Op, it doesn't happen to me as other real life activities and issues take up most of my attention and time. Also hitting the boxing bags to release frustration helps. Gaz, I wonder if there should be an app providing such service.. UBER-DIGITS? 😜

    I have tried ways like exercise, yoga, meditation, masturbation and real sex of course and I come to realise that only real sex does the job! My boyfriend and I notice that I was actually smiling ear to ear after that! However, real sex is sometimes hard to be arranged as I am having a long distance relationship with my man.
