Morality in the modern world

June 14 2007

sex

I get a bit bored with myself at the moment so thought I would start a discussion about morality. I am currently flirting with a man who says he is attached. Not that long ago I would have gone off shrieking like some moral crusader where now I am totally enjoying the flirtation. One other time, on a different site, I flirted with an attached man and it improved his sexual relationship with his partner. She recognised someone else saw her man as sexy and started to see him in a new light. I was really pleased when he told me that she was taking a renewed interest in sex. With this current flirtation, I know I am not going to rock the relationship my friend has at home. I would like to think that our erotic play would engender a new spark into his relationship. As for me, I know I haven’t met the person I am searching for so am exploring the notion of respectful sex and also healing sex. How do you view morality in the modern world. Cheers Wild natured one

I reckon morality hasnt changed its form or shape or meaning. Its still the same when earth was born gazillion years before and will remain as it is till the world ends. Human heart hasnt changed at all either just our life style chnaged. Morality is a set of rules that moulds a society, it is not just defined by an individual. People choose different life style that suits their own personality or we make mistakes, thats all part of life. When we cross the boundaries at the very first time, an alarm hits everyones head saying dude- you just crossed it. Thats the alarm of morality, but when you do that next time you wont recognise the alarm, but its still ringing. Staying true to ones most loved one is one of the basic moral values. But we humans use sex as an excuse. Always a change is exciting for human brain even at work. Its good to change jobs isnt. But in a commited relationship, I dont think new spark will yeild positive things in the future. I reckon sex is a weapon we use an excuse....

Adopted, really I thought you were going to offer an opinion on morality in the modern world. Bummer. Tasmania's forums need an injection of energy. Its good to have some frank discussions about sex, not just "u want me'. or Boo. try again Adopted. Cheers Wild
