Natural activities in a nature reserve

Driving home tonight along my regular route, I glanced into the carpark of a nature reserve. Not an uncommon practice as I have noticed in the past that its a busy carpark, with a fair number of - not wanting to sound sexist here - blokes cars. By that I mean tradie vehicles, Rangers, Colorados etc, mixed among a smaller number of more regular cars. The averages have made me wonder if its a dogging site, principally for blokes. Well tonight I had confirmation; two vehicles parked at different ends of the carpark, with both driver and passenger doors open, and men standing between the doors, looking down. One had a look of rapt concentration, the other a look of rapture. 😐 It was still broad daylight. Not hard to miss if one is a little bit clued into patterns of behaviour. So my questions are..... Why in such a public place, instead of making use of the bushy public reserve? I understand the thrill of public exhibitionism, but so blatant? There is a men's club barely 15 minutes away if they want to hook up. Would you report it, or just keep driving? Would you do it?

You couldn't see what was happening just assumed, so I guess if that was me Id keep on driving and mind my own business.

'The site is quicker at signing us out than a man finishing his business who hasn't had any for a very looong time! Me n he've done, not too many drinks plus nibblies to get off to a good, solid start to the evening after getting to meet people in that non threatening kind of way. Cheers 🍑

If your eyes didn't actually see or it didn't involve myself, then I would keep on driving. It's only becomes an issue, if you make it an issue. Ms Foxy

My bad, I wrote a post and thought I'd saved it before posting but apparently that was the save from another post. That's the second post In lost today. 😑 I like the way you've phrased your post. My answer included that I am stuck in the land that it is a anonymous/psuedo private thing to do that really doesn't consider the effect on anyone but themselves. In consideration of any sign of threat to children's sensibilities, yes I'd report. I wrote about how the small riverside park he and I married at 30 years ago has had to be adapted because of the activies there. Now they have a metal walled building with sinks on the outside. Ms Jonesy Maybe they were twitchers and had spotted a rare and exotic previously unsighted bird species?? I wouldn’t report it....maybe I’d pull over and watch. I like birds a lot.

The replies are in the 'not my circus not my monkeys corner', which is as I expected. Although I have no definitive proof, as some of you rightly pointed out, a quick read through the google reviews of the nature reserve certainly showed others share my assumptions. I haven't made a report, I was more interested in reading what others thought of the situation. Crackatini.... I doubt one of the Colorados was yours; it would be a long drive across the Nullabor to visit this particular park 😆
