Has to be a healthy lifestyle coupled with little alcohol, no smoking, regular exersize and great unprocessed food...as much raw foods as possible including nuts and seeds. Try a top multivitamin a day (or two is better) and dont forget the two litres of water a day. Gauranteed to make you raring to go, full of energy, ready to jump out of your skin.

...a snooze between rounds???? ... changing the time of day for sex??? Just after lunch for my Gomez and I...with a quick nana nap before the kids get home. Well thats when we both have the most energy and stamina to be adventurous :) Morticiaaa...xxx

I switched to a healthy lifestyle - lots of vegetables, a little meat, and next to no carbs. Lots of water and exercise and yipee I lost 50kgs and got my libido back big time. Anything to improve the circulation is going to do the trick. Good luck.
