Im not new to the forums or the site, however plan to do some swinging on the weekend with a guy I know and another couple that I have met. I dont know what happens or what to do. They all know it is my first time and I have asked them to be gentle with me. Any suggestions about what to do or not do. Also what happens, does it vary? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They go how they go. Or they don't go far and things fizzle. But if you all do get funky, then afterward in the great after-glow, you'll realize that you brought way to much to the table(so to speak) before the event. It's nowhere as complex as you'd imagine. . What to do? Do what feels good and then do it again. You'll want to stretch you boundaries at the time anyway, and do things you've dreamt about. Their idea of 'gentle' might be way different to yours, and every single couple out there has their own set rules of what to do and what not to do. Have a good chat beforehand and get it all out in the open :)enjoyxx Sarah

Remember no means no. Discuss where the boundaries are and what they are. You will need to go there with an open mind and if you swing with nice people they should respect that. First time swinging can be scary but sexy and can make you tingle where you thought not possable so relax chat about what you are all into and relax and enjoy. Good luck xo
