  I've been to Albany a few times, and it is never not cold. Doesn't mean you can't go to beaches where it's cold, but it's less than flattering to the meat and two veg when they're exposed to cold.

  Yeah there is, Whalers beach out on Quaranup road. Try to get there every time I’m down there. Great little beach...

I prefer to look down and see a kransky (albeit of the cheap Woolies deli variety - I am humble after all), not the remains of a water balloon that has been popped. And, as an aside (to you as well FFF), you don't look - not ever?
