Office romance...

Following a similar active topic , it took my mind back quite a few years to a time when I was married and one particular girl I worked with who was engaged to be married to another man. One of those things that just seems to happen. Being company manager and the girl in a senior position ' seen us to spend time together discussing upcoming projects. One particular day ' we were in my office discussing something that had her come around my side of the desk so we could view the computer screen together , she standing with hand and arm over my shoulder .. Cut a long story short , that was the beginning of a secret affair, or so I thought .. Even though neither of us discussed anything nor show any affection towards each other , other women in the office seemed to pick up on things and occasionally dropping a comment here and there.. Anyway, almost everyone in the office had been invited to her wedding including me and my then wife. The strange thing here was one week away from walking down the isle she wanted to spend one more night together . Naturally I thought to myself ' should she be marrying her man when she obviously still had feelings for me. I told her this and she was adamant everything was OK.. Funny thing was that by nature she was a shy type of girl who told me apart from her fiancé I was the only man she'd been with.. Anyway , after that I didn't see her again until the following week at her wedding.. She looked stunning walking down the isle in her wedding dress ,making sure she caught my eye giving a little wave.. We spoke outside after the wedding like it was nothing. Even at the reception , she made a point of getting me for a dance .. I felt really strange and had the feeling that everyone was staring at me / us.. But all things have a happy ending , she and her new husband moved to Queensland where they had built a new home and she opened up her own business and apparently lived happily "ever after. Has anyone else been in this type of predicament ? I must admit it got the adrenalin going , but showed how easy you can get caught up when you're not looking.. Jay..

Jay.."_______________________________________ Pays to look and be on guard doesn't it - and not get caught off guard.It happens to the best of us though....we all get caught just not quite paying attention at times.

This is a open forum, given that was years ago and considering I now have nothing to hide and everyone happily moved on.. My question was has anyone been in a similar position.. 🤔

there was another time I fucked my boss, massive mistake, even while it was happening I wanted to stop. What a low life he was. Another boss fired me on Monday after I rejected his drunken advances on Sunday 👎

A year or more back they was that one in NZ where a couple in an office were getting amorous in the office.Unfortunately for them it was after dark and directly opposite a pub. I think it was Friday night too, of course people took videos and it went viral. I wonder if either the asked themselves WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG?

Now I understand your reason . I also wanted it to stop but somethings easier said than done.. When I suggested moving on she asked ' don't you like me ? I did , but it was more a sexual attraction on my part and it seemed hers.. That was a confusing time for me because I had this strict rule for everyone that " we don't fuck the staff " and here I was doing exactly that .. Thankfully it faded away..
