seeing as it's about their pleasure I would ask them and do whatever they prefer, maybe it's a combination of both rather than one or the other. I guess my preference would be a combination I don't see them as separate activities. Any blowjob or handjob I give would involve both hands and mouth as keeping it lubed is important.
