Passion in paradise (cairns) anyone been? Going?

We were considering a visit to Desire in Mexico in October but thats in hurricane season and whimsy isn't keen on that, so we are looking at the cairns resort takeover in october instead. Never been to anything like it but what a way to start! Has anyone been, can you rate it? Compare it? Worth it? Well managed? Probably typical newby dumb question but hey, we gotta get some sort of feel for it first! Thanks W and W.

Passion in Paradise was the best experience we've had in the three years we've been exploring the swinger's scene. We went in October 2017 - last year. The location is fantastic, the 4.5 days gives time for everyone to settle in and get to know each other. The evening social parties are great to mingle and have fun. The organiser and host is the best and puts a lot of attention in the detail. We met about 23 couples from all over Australia and made lasting friendships. We highly recommend it and would definitely go again. Fred & Ginger

Went in 2016, met amazing friendly people and had the best time. I was never comfortable with being nude (this is optional there) nor ever go to nude beaches but the comfort level at PIP was so relaxing it totally changed my mindset. The events and dinners were exceptional. Hosts and staff go beyond and the atmosphere so relaxing. Next time I'll put more thought into the costume event nights as some of them were incredible. Cut off says 50, i read a post from them that they said 50 because of the prevalence of people fudging their age...that might mean older peoples getting in pretending to be younger? But i dont fudge my age, so i wonder if they will allow me to attend? Have messaged to see. Would suck though because wifey is well and truly young enough! Sounds like the sort of event we want to go to to dip in toes.
