Periods. It had to happen.....

January 23 2012

Bwahahahaha! So, there's an i-phone app called "period alert" that will advise lady i-phone owners of their menstrual cycle, you know... when their periods are due, and other interesting predictions. Best of all, this brilliant simple little application will alert your boss, co-workers, lovers, friends and family (whoever you choose) by text message. How convenient is that?My question is... would you use it for good or for evil, if at all?

Actually I might use it ... But I don't need to text anyone Stalky because I am always so even tempered, as most woman are. Wouldn't you agree ? Now the horny alert could be good though. For the message .... " Meeka is at that time of the month were she is ravenously horny so if you are game and are willing to risk losing your head or some other appendage. Give her a call. She will be waiting. :D "

I don't know about good or evil but I'd certainly use it for my own safety!   It seems more usefull than the "iPoo" app but I think meeka's found a gap in the market with the iHorny app. Fortune awaits

I want to know how we all survived before iPhones!? Assuming your cycle is regular enough for an iPhone to notify you, is it not safe to assume you'll just know??

Well... flirty... What if they're late... haven't you ever had a memory lapse and wondered when they're due? Anyway, that's only part of the practicality. The real practical application is to warn your friends. :) Hugs Stalky

The master tactician has avoided my question. Very wise indeed. So did you get your text message Stalkers? ;-)

Quoting 'Stalky_buttplug'Well... flirty... What if they're late... haven't you ever had a memory lapse and wondered when they're due? Anyway, that's only part of the practicality. The real practical application is to warn your friends. :) Hugs Stalky . They don't need the warning! Ask them! The majority of the time they get 2 weeks notice (because I act like I'm on heat when I'm ovulating!) and then they get a week's worth of emotional Cancerian drama queen nightmare rubbish in the lead-up to it! *giggle* ... Nope, no need for the warning message round these parts

A recent scientific study found that women find different male faces attractive, depending on where they were within their menstrual cycle.... For example...when a woman is ovulating she prefers a man with rugged masculine features, however when she is menstruating, she prefers a man doused in petrol and set on fire, with scissors stuck in his eye and a cricket stump shoved up his arse........where did I put that heatpack and chocolate?

ovulation I'm in here chasing all the girls around with my wide-on then a couple of weeks later birds start dropping dead outa the sky, fish floating to the surface of the nearby lake ....dead whales beach themselves and normally clear rivers turn red ....it's pretty freakin clear I'm due for my period to all concerned

As a boss of ALL female staff, I am writing this app in their Staff Agreements as mandatory... to send me alerts... so I can work from home those days.

If it's a tool Stalky, utilize it. Nothing like a siren to duck for cover.
