We have from time to time rented apartments and we're looking at renting a house at some point to do a party but it takes a lot of effort. The person who rents the house is obviously going to be held responsible for ANY issues that may arise from having a bunch of adults cavorting around naked :| Given that, I don't think too many people will be willing to put their hands up to do this :( There's also cost to consider. Renting something short term is not cheap and while you can try and recoup costs by charging per head, that's technically against the law so again, it's at the risk of the party organiser.In short, the idea scenario would therefore be someone who has a large house with all the trimmings but reasonably secluded (maybe semi-rural) who is willing to host and get people to BYO.

How about a boat cruise? Any open minded skippers willing to rent out a boat???? We're not thinking small pleasure cruiser, rather a proper larger boat with state rooms, bar etc.

Hi there all , have not been out in a while , but after reading that club fantasy has now also closed its doors was wondering whats happened to them , anyone know why ? Is the club in wangara still kicking ? Gee close your eyes here for a nap and next thing you know all the clubs for play have gone ! This place is really the state of boredom & non sexcitement !

Brenbob are the owners going to be starting up elsewhere as the property Club Fantasy was situated in has a large for lease sign on the gate and boats in the shed!!! Is a damn shame there is nowhere to party anymore!!! We so miss Club Oz!!!! :-(

I remember Club Oz. It was a great venue to go to. I was looking forward to going back after returning from the US but it had closed. I went to both Burswood and Club fantasy. The US had clubs purposes built for lifestyle people and they were excellent. Although i would not be able to finance such a venture i could give imput on the way they ran there clubs. Have a look at Trapeze club in Florida or Atlanta and you will see what I mean.

There is a new club in Mandurah, run by a friendly, sweet couple. Its at their personal house on acreage which they have spent heaps of money on and decked it out as a swingers club, spa, pool table, swing, open and closed rooms, grope box and glory hole. If you want more information message us and we can give you details on their behalf until they start their own profile on RHP and start advertising. Currently its been open on Friday and Saturday nights, we have been twice already, clean, tidy and well priced, great people both times we have been. Will be travelling down from up North this weekend to visit again.

Hello all, we did a little search online and found Delta Socials and Club XS.. now which one is better? We've been to XS about a year ago, and weren't very impressed -- have they renovated? And what is this place is Mandurah called? Thanks, MrsNaughty

Private parties are much more fun as you generally get an idea of what to expect at the party, at clubs its always a hit and miss, one week might be awesome the following week the same club you might not enjoy as much. also you have to pay $$$ at clubs, so if you are free come along to the next couples and single ladies party on the 12th of Feb.

For a bit of clarification:Delta's is not only a swingers club but is also a nudist club. Not my thing.I am going to Club XS in wangara tonight - woo hoo! Will let you know how that goes.As far as anyone holding parties with acerage - I am all for that. Sounds awesome.Mrs SAOT xx

We have been to the club in mandurah a few times now and have found it very friendly. Not too many ppl yet but hope as more know about it numbers will rise. They are easy to finbd being just off the freeway and have reflective house number sign and solar lights to guide you in.

Perth at the moment has 2 clubs and there is also one in Rockingham. Deltas is not my thing but hey we dont have much choice here in snoresville Club X in wangara is more my style and yes it did close down for a few issues but it is now back. I haven't been to Rockingham but whats the deal people we are all on a swingers site what is wrong with making plans to meet a group out somewhere eg. Casino and taking it from there I would be in on that for sure and whats a hotel room bill split between a couple of couples You have to pay to get into swingers clubs and you still may not get what you are after

Club Fantasy in rockingham closed if there is another one please let us know but haven't heard of a new one there Deltas is still going if you wish to try the more nudist scene There is a new place in Mandurah just off the Freeway I tried to post details but obviously not allowed. If you send me a message I can let you know Sat night just gone was fabulous with a huge crown and lots of fun had by all

The new club down Mandurah way is listed on the "clubs" tab on RHP. We held a birthday party there last weekend and it was great. The hosts are a lovely couple and the venue is very private and an ideal location for our needs. Best you all get down there and check it out for yourselves. xx

We frequent delta's regularly as we did not like being looked down upon when we went to club xs by the owner at the time approx 14mnths ago we are just wondering if there are any parties that it would be accepted a couple that is larger would be welcomed? The better half tried calling herself a BBW but was told she wasn't big enough yet as i said at club xs we were told that we were to fat for there type of parties any info would be great as good as delta's is we are trying to get out and meet new people
