Private Galleries / and other deletions

Whats the thoughts on this forum. You recieve a message with private Galleries opened. What is considered a timely responce? MSN / Web Cams, with sound so you can talk do have a place for some, as some consider it is real time and cannot be faked with glamour / old photos. Just for intial contact not for endless chatting. We have recently gone back to cams but will only turn ours on or accept an invitation if all four are on. (To avoid the guys that just want to get off on the computer) But if you find private galleries deleted / not added to their MSN or deleted (not blocked) Would you consider they are not interested and then delete access to your p/g and msn? And simply move on? Without any further communication. We might make contact all seems good plan to meet visit face photos which are in private galleries and access is denied.....Call off the meeting has been our approach. Pity a explanation would be nice, or do they consider themselves too busy and important to be polite. Cheers
