  They have locked their profile so that no new incoming messages etc can come in. Something many women do from time to time when they want a break from the game.

  if you get that message, if they are editing their profile the message you get is different along the lines profile locked for editing...

  I've set my profile to invisible... I'm not really here, no one has looked at my profile this month, I still get the occasional flirt though! I have not blocked anyone, just tired and bored with the Internet dating thing. Need to wean myself off the forums and then I'm outa here.
