You say exactly what you want and you have good photos but I don't feel much of your personality coming through. Maybe write something with a little more flow rather than just listing things

I like the list format. It is quick and easy to read and says a lot about you. For some reason I feel you are a confident guy, experienced, know yourself and what you are looking for, genuine. The smiling face pics are always a winner in my book!
