@funlover71 - you think Labradors a silly name, I'm in the possibly worse named Coombabah, just up the road from there lol Unless it translates to something unfathomably not funny, in which case I probably just put my foot in it. Despite not being well known on these forums I would love to meet up for drinks with people from RHP Indagine thanks. It's pretty difficult for me to meet new people out being a single parent (and I'm usually a little bit shy to introduce myself when I'm out - so it'll be a good excuse to throw myself in there.)

Hubby has changed his meeting to coincide with the weekend, we've both cleared our schedule, it's just a matter of deciding to come Thursday night or Friday morning......... Lol, whoops forgot about the kids, I'll fob them of to the relatives, they'll love it :)

I would love to catch up with all you wild girls again! I will try to get Mr to come with me this time and say hi, instead of hiding in the car like last time Foxy.Although he isn't really one for big social events so I will have to pull out all the stops, or just threaten to go by myself which should ignite his gentlemanly traits to act as my knight in shining armour and protect me from single guys. lol I will follow this post with interest & send you a message closer to the event if I can make it. How can I so no to this event, with all you beautiful people. My roster has suddenly changed. Obifunkenobi I also find it hard to meet up with people so this could be just the thing. With people like Indagine and superfoxy, and Missb72 we should have a fun nite full of laughs, stories, and good times. Everybody needs to let their post budget hair down. Count me in.

There are a few of us booking rooms. It's a long weekend so may as well make a weekend of it :) I'm going to contact the Hotel today and see what kind of deal we can get (at least maybe on the room I want that they charge for!!) . There is plenty of accommodation and restaurants nearby if the venue does not suit. Also if anyone has any special dietary requirements pls advise so I don't go putting anyone into anaphylactic shock......then again.....the ambos in attendance could be ...... yummy!!! Lol

Given most signing up are couples we're already at about 80 guests. Now that'd be a great night if everyone turns up!! Also I have been hearing accommodation at the venue is getting pretty tight. There are plenty of hotels and apartment complexes in the vicinity (within walking distance). I hope to see you all out in droves 😃 and if I can't get a room or someone to adopt me I reckon that'll suck BIGTIME!!! Haha

All is well I jumped online lastnight and got a 2brm apartment. As for your suggestion dear Sir I will call the hotel tomorrow (hopefully my voice will be back completely) and let them know what they are dealing with on the 7th (no no not a bunch of swingers!!!
