Recommendations for a couples holiday in South Pacific

Hi we are looking to go to the South Pacific in November 2019 but are not sure which island would be better. We are hoping to go somewhere adults only with a good range of daytime activities as well as fun night time stuff!!! Would appreciate any recommendations/suggestions

Not quite South Pacific But Desire Resort Cancun comes highly recommended

We opted to go to Fiji over Xmas. Not really same month but figured the time was perfect, and we’re going to the Coral Coast where there’s lots to do but not too touristy (even though there are plenty of resorts and we’re staying at Naviti 😜)
