  Im not tech savy either. You don’t need to screenshot the app itself. Try another device to take a photo of the screen? or view the profile on a browser and save the image from there? Then upload it to Google Images or TinEye and search that way. See if that works. Ms Foxy

  On a computer you can right click on the image and select search image. xx

  It is unfortunate that one has to do a reverse image search. So many photos have been “borrowed” from elsewhere. As one cannot screenshot via the app, you either need to log on via Safari (if using your phone) and do a screenshot through there , or alternatively log on via a computer, and right click the image and do a google search.
