  Possibly the censorship and the membership does not support a string kink emphasis and other sites might be better suited? We have communicated with couples here who considered swinging "kinky" and described soft bdsm as tying up and hard as "spanking" it is all about perspective and context and we think you might be a little too hardcore for most, which is great for the rest of us who think you are just right

  Definitely difficult to find like-minded people in that sub-culture on more "vanilla" sites like this one. Perhaps it's because it's more mainstream? (I think I've seen TV ads for RHP, albeit on late-night TV!). Seems to be people either as twowithnolimits describe, or otherwise extremely hardcore on other sites. We enjoy more the latter than the former, and so we do belong to a number of sites. However sometimes people will surprise you, and anyways, we are always eager to open up the toy box(es) to reach for the ropes, cuffs, canes, etc, by way of introduction or to extend the pleasure... On that note, I second the search for carpenters or handy crafty people. In the past I did meet a number of people that created pieces for twisted individuals like ourselves, but they've mostly retired now. Although if you ever travel to the UK, the fetish fairs there are still alive with small craftspeople creating interesting things!
