Sal and Andy Make a Porno

October 19 2009

Well no, not yet. But we got your attention.  This is all rhetorical, so don't quote me on this.   So in theory what's the deal?   If you want to make a porno with other people, can you do that in Brisbane, Australia.  Can you then start you're own website with the people in the porno if they give you permission?   I think I would be wearing a gimp mask you don't want these things coming back on you hey!! Hello Hogan's Hero's So who wants to be in a porno? And at what level exposure do you're average everyday people want?   What's legal and what's not?    Andy P.S if you do want to be in a porno, lets here from you!

Don't think there's anything against making a porno, providing all parties are able to show consent - so you may need a written contract of consent, even if it's an amateur video, just to avoid it coming back and biting you on the behind. A verbal contract would never hold up in a court of law.Publishing the video is something else. Apart from consent, you would probably need to show that it is within 'decency' laws and conforms to publishing laws in Queensland. At the very least, you'd need a webhost willing to host that kind of content, plus a disclaimer (all parties are of-age, willing participants, if you're not legal age you need to get out of here now, etc.), plus retain records to support your disclaimer. Remember that under obscenity law, the interpretation of 'obscene', 'indecent', and 'immoral' is largely subject to the jury in a court of law. It must be if 'reasonable content' in order to be considered obscene, indecent, or against societal morals. If the porno is going to be fairly straight (MF only), you would probably be OK. But don't quote us - we're not lawyers. If hosting the website is going to be a paid membership thingie, it's another layer of legislature entirely - maybe someone like the owners of RHP could shed some light on that. Whatever you choose, good luck!

Thank you for you GOHKM, very interesting stuff. But you know I'm not sure I could really ever go there. I had a pic of Sal on my phone for ages and was so paranoid about losing my phone and then someone seeing it. Or even worse one of the kids picking up the phone and going through the images...  arghg

Sorry, guys, think we misunderstood the intent of your post. Tried answering your question as to 'what is legal or not', but it seems that is only partially your intention, yes? Personally, we wouldn't make an amateur video - we're too timid for that.

Inspired by your post Andy, I made a wankcam porno of my very own complete with squirting ejaculate, the purpose of which was to post in my aussiemen forum profile..... but I have to cut it back from 20 mins to 1min30s... which in itself probably exceeds the average viewing time of the average porn punter. So... errr... what software do you use for editiing video files.. and does RHP let us upload our own videos??... and most important of all.... can I review your movie please. :p I'm sure if I have a copy of yours... I can make a better one for my wank series! hehe.   Hugs Gazza

lol... how long do I have to play hard to get?? You've left me out to dry now for a month Andy and as I've said before 2 weeks is too long!   For the movie, I'd like to bring my feather duster, little maid's apron, a feathered fascinator, white stockings and black/white airbrushed face paint just like the robots in Blade Runner.... and I'd also love to blind fold you and ever so sneaky, be sneaky with Sal's assistance and be your fluffer, mate.... phoooarrrh!   Hugs Gaz

Suggest you look at either VLC or TmpEnc to do video editing - they're both very powerful, and allow you to do things like split frames and gamma corrections, and so on. TmpEnc tends to need a lot of add-on codecs and utilities to bring out its full power, though, so if one is technically inclined, that's the way to go. They both come in either Linux or Windows binaries. Also heard good things about using Mac to do video editing, although we have absolutely no experience here.

If you just want something simple to edit the captured scenes, then windows movie maker is fine....I have used it before and it does the job
