Speed dating events with covid safe compliant arrangements

There's a local speed dating event organiser in the area where I live. Because of covid they have had to totally re-think how the events are run and set up. I had a look at the website today and see they are doing the standard covid things of lots of sanitising, facemasks, registration, etc. and wondered how people feel about the idea of 'meeting' someone in a 'wonder if we could date for real' type 'multi-mini interview' speed-dating format where everyone is wearing a face mask, talking and listening is more difficult, etc. What are your views around stuff like this ?
