  My advice is , look through the profiles of those you feel atractived too , either couples or singles , organize to meet at a neutral location for a coffee or drink and chat .. Several times if nessasary... at least until you feel comfortable to move to the next step. Finally ' approach this with a open mind and dont over think things. Good luck..

  I have been with three couples. For me, the important thing is to make sure the couple's relationship comes first. Some people have certain rules (kissing, where he comes, etc). I don't think these are important. I think being honest if you feel uncomfortable, and talking is. But this is a space where a lot of societal rules get broken (a liminal space) so if it helps you feel secure or safe to write some rules for yourself, do that. But mostly, find someone you like, and both find sexy. Just like regular sex. And do talk about expectations before. Because in the moment you have enough to worry about.
