Storing Toys and Play Equipment

December 02 2013

Help Required Please! I currently have my toys and other play equipment stored in lots of (approx 10) shoe boxes. I hate having to go through all the shoe boxes to find a toy I want to use, it's always in the last one! Can anyone recommend a great storage solution for my toys and play equipment? Thankyou Ms NC2147 - Posted from rhpmobile

Ever seen those kitchen racks that hang above an island bench in a kitchen?! You could have your own chandelier of plastic, latex and silicone Buut seriously… notwithstanding the number of play products you own….. there are hanging wallets with multiple storage compartments available at places like Howards Storage World etc. The only similar image I can find, is a fishing related storage wallet… but, you get the general idea. They have a clear window on one side and vented mesh on the other, and can be rolled and stored away, or unrolled and hung up for easy viewing of the contents. And they can cost as little as $30 http://www . motackle . com . au/black-pete-lure-roll.html

LOL, the Dewey Decimal System came to mind to categorise your shoeboxes, but a few labels should do the trick, unless you convert a small walk in wardrobe with racks as DG suggested. You have to think of all the future toys you may own as well.

I went to Bunnings and bought a large red storage box. It lives under my bed... And my frequently used toys in my bedside table.

Seeing a x rated cartoon once where the lady homeowner had come home to find that the handyman had installed a dildo rail... (Dado rail...?) Oh well, I got a good laugh out of it :) If security is important you could go to superchump and but a metal lockable toolbox in the appropriate size... They even have briefcase style lockable cases that fit neatly under the bed... Or if it's just access that you require, that dreaded B place has 20 lt plastic buckets and you can also buy a canvas style tool caddy that fits over the top of the bucket and it has pockets in it (a bit like a carpenters nail bag...) while still allowing access to the bucket... Or you could tie bungy cord to the ends of your dildoes and hang them from the ceiling... Hp xo 💌 Because you're worth it...

Shee, No wonder you can't find anything. What you need is one of them upright jewellery cabinets. ? You know , the ones with the mirror front and narrow insides . Heaps of storage and you can see exactly what you want at a glance. If that's not enough, buy 2... Jay

You can buy "Toy" bags to store them in from sex shops, just make sure they are washed and dried properly before you store them, so they dont discolour and develope mould

We used to keep a few things in my bedside drawer, until my four year old came wandering down the hall one day brandishing a nice little purple piece. I swept it out of her hand, told her it was for me to rub dad's back with and now we keep everything way up high! x Me

We used to keep our toys in the top draw of the tall boy but the kids can reach so we have had to place them all in an opaque plastic box and put it on the shelf in the walk in robe. We forgot one time BK (Before Kids) that I had left a vibe in the glovebox of the car after we had gone on a weekend away down the coast. You know how it is tease the driver by playing with the vibe... I was driving a friend to work a few days later and she sneezed and opened the glovebox to find a tissue and instead found my veined black vibe! We were both shocked but eventually had to pull over because we were laughing so hard.
