Subscription question

Morning all. If I sign up for a subscription and then decide to upgrade, do I pay the difference in the amount to upgrade or pay the full amount of the higher level subscription again therefore wasting the original subscription? Thanks in advance.

I can't see the point of the other levels. I rarely use the five messages a day that I'm allowed. If you think you may want to upgrade in the future, hit the button at the bottom of the screen that says Customer Support. I'm sure they'll be able to answer your query.
