My only suggestion is to make sure you seek council approval for any venue you wish to open up as the councils will close down any venue that is not approved with town planning.Leesa CI

1. Nope, too far. Something more central would suit us.2. Couples and limited Singles3. Day and Evenings4. Entertainment is not a biggie, having adequate facilities is what matters to us. PLENTY of private rooms, showers, toilets, spa, pool table, lounge areas. The clubs we've enjoyed the most, have plenty of space, limited singles and owners being prepared to ask unsociable guests to leave. Creating a relaxed environment, home away from home is helpful for any successful club and yes as couplesint mentioned. Seek council approval. Another thing is, the cost at the door, if its too high, we won't bother, needs to be similiar to if we went out for a meal together.

Costs: all of you must remember that the alcohol is BYO at swingers club, they are not permitted to be lisenced as per Australian law ( SOP) parties are to be BYO.So the cover charge is all the venue can make to keep its doors open.A lot of patrons think that the cost of entry to swingers clubs is too dear.Example: Cost to enter CI is $120 if you are not a member and $50 if you are a member couple.THat is just $60 each for a whole night out.....poles, free unlimited soft drinks, tea coffee, use of rooms, towels, showers, beds , sheets, staffing, stock and much more...try to get a room for a few hours in the city for $60 each to start and then buy all your drinks, alcohol and soft drinks, get a tea and coffee when you night settles down and you wish to sit..and then see if it all adds up to just $60 each...$25 each if you are a club member...!So people think about the costs and the reasons that the prices are what they are to enter a swingers club and do your sums please, before you say....they are too dear and should be cheaper. THe owners have to hire the venue, pay the staff, stock the fridges and buy sheets, condoms and lube etc....and not to mention pay power, electricity and if they have spas that huge...if they have air cond that is huge....and let you all in for just around $60 each....and nothing else when you enter.THe costs are so cheap already and most clubs operate on a nil profit, so if you wish to have a great venue, with all the extras. make sure you are prepared to pay for it and support it.Leesa CI.

1. Distance is perfect! 2. Single males who have been selected as friendly from other couples. And most definitely couples.3. Evenings.4. Pool table, Nice big spa or spas and must have good music and decorTheme weekends for sure. Who doesn't like to dress up and go to a place that's relaxed. :)

1.) Not the ideal location - central would be better - but yes we would travel there 2.) Couples and a proportional number of singles 3.) Even though we would like to say days and evenings - realistically we would most likely only be able to cum Saturdays or Sundays during the day - but we would then expect to stay till late - not get thrown out at 6PM 4.) Spa, Swimming Pool, some areas for strip poker, twister and other games

It's so much more fun in a communal shower room anyway.... though one with wall jets would be more unique. :) Can you imagine all the hot water people use in these joints? I've been to places with big indoor pools.... banana lounges..... suntan lamps... interconnected steam rooms large enough to get lost in... and of course more intimate facilities.... I worry about the spa pool most of all.... but as well as the condition of the water and the potential for getting lost in the moment in some steam room somewhere... there's the added threat of tinea... .. and why is there's always something sticky on the floor in some of these joints..... lmfao.... seems to me... a towel, a pair of disposable dunlop volleys, and a jockey whip should be supplied at the door. :)I don't lament your task Leesa... it's more like community services than a source of income.HugsStalky Quoting 'couplesint' Lol @ all the requests swimming pools , spas, guys they all cost money I do hope you all will support them as it is hard work for little money

We tested all the time and would not allow sex in spa, but the body hair at the end of the night and all the floaties were horrible. SO un safe and yukky!

Love the idea of huge open shower area..... As a single lady who is not interested in couples.. I would love to go to a venue that has the odd nights for sexy singles only. Reason I don't go to private events as they all seem to want couples and single girls and then only a few single men. Theme nights are great fun. I like the idea of a games night too.. Naked twister area, strip poker area...Great idea ! I would not mind at all paying costs like Leesa charges as quality is what I would like in a venue. huggies sweetpetite41 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

1. as long as its closer than Rockingham I'm in! 2. i think couples and singles but should def have couples/singles only nights too 3. i think evenings only, keeping such a place open such long hours would be costly. dont forget people dont work for free! and i'm pretty sure they arn't allowed to be paid in sex lol 4. no one has mentioned this but i wouldnt mind there being pole dancing/burlesque lessons! I know theres quite alot of demand for this and who better than swingers to get together and learn how to be sexy :) that could also be a source of income besides an entry cost. theme nights always seem to be popular too! dress up competitions galore Leesa, I've followed your room since I was 18 on here! I would LOVE to come and play with you guys one day.

1. Yes would definitely be interested being southsiders obviously Wattleup would suit us best, but for a decent club would travel We dont think it should be limited to just couples... and as for opening hours it depends on the majority... would be nice to have some 'afternoon delights" M & M

because its a massive amount of effort, you're up against a lot of brick walls with the council etc,there is a fantastic track record of failed attempts,limited financial reward.However, that shouldn't stop anyone with a desire to succeed. We have with the idea, but in the end, decided a bar is a better investment.

Thanks rockercouple80 for your comments , thought that was the case. The Old Cluboz Venue in Watleup is at presently available to lease. Would be nice to see it kick off again, but is too big for two people to tackle alone. In its hey day the venue won the best club awards for swingers club section back I think in 03 -04 or there abouts, and was one hell of a place to runamuck and have fun in. Anyone that visited the place back in those times will have stories and some memory's to ponder on, as it did run for 10 years or so and was common to have around 150 – 200 people there on a fri – sat night ……. What a place ! Thanks

I know this is an old post, we used to live onsite at Cluboz. Those that remember will know us as BB&N Yes it was a great club, It was alot of hard work and in the end the local council won. We personally are still paying back a very large fine. As to a post we read in this thread, re memories, we have many and is part of our life we will never forget. Take care all

1. No 2. Would you prefer the patrons to be made up of Couples and Singles - Im single and would hate to mis out 3. Would you be interested in a club being open a) Evenings only - work work work 4. What kind of entertainment would you be interested in experiencing while attending the club (other than the obvious) I like board games good for conversation, I went to a club in France and they know how to do it, the front entrance was a retro bar very cool with sexy clothed folk hanging out like a normal bar, band, couches, stage for band, food, it was friendly and cool. Then there was the curtained door you went through to a room where you got changed and there was a bar there as well and then another door to the play rooms where the serious fun began - it was normal cool and the folk were amazing - the division worked well so you could move zones take a break, come back and also had a place to talk
