Damn you know the site ;). Wasn't aware of this one but it sounds like fun. Not sure how it works though, found the competition on the home page, clicked through the link and browsed all there was, was no trouble... ;). Couldn't help but vote and leave comments though. Will have to go a little easier on the voting, leaving myself nowhere to go after 5 lol. Was no popup though, turned off popup blocker and browsed through link again but still nothing. Oh well, enjoyed the pics and maybe tomorrows task will bring it up :).

Ms Peachypear have certainly begun my taskmaster. Great way to look around the website and found some things I didn't even know existed. Well done RHP staff, keep it up. :o)

I gotta admit, i'm enjoying these little tasks, though today's seems to be a repeat. But still, it is dragging me to other parts of the site I don't normally visit so yeah, great publicity and a bit of fun as well!

Awww, woody, you flatter me, specially considering I hadn't even noticed the changes to yours and puss' profiles ;-) Did ya go into Hot Pics or Red Hot Pics, I imagine you went into both, but it's the only thing I can think of... the things we have to go thru... ;-P Too late now of course lol. BurnX, I can't think of a better task to repeat :-D... I shouldn't say that huh... pmsl... but... there's nothing like fresh points of view to refresh topics :-) Gotta agree with the general consensus... enjoying the exploration... the fun... and the possibility... :-D

I know you've had a lot on your mind Peachy :) Think i know what went wrong with my task in the comp yesterday, was probably after midnight eastern standard time... I did yesterday's task today lol, so i'm getting in early this time. Should be a cinch for me, thread hog that i am, whats the bet i can't find anything i want to reply to today lol. Murphy's law. This is one anyway...

Came back to scream "where's my popup" lol I've followed the links but have not come across a place where i've registered myself as interested and having entered the comp. Just done the tasks... Not so easy, my time is a little limited lol.

as per the instructions the comments need to be verified for you to complete the task for the day. you could post 10 comments and the admin team might only verify 2 and that would mean you wouldnt have completed the task. i like the one about validating profiles but we werent able to complete that one because we are already validated and it wouldnt allow us to do it again. we are trying to complete as many as we can! This comp is a great way for regulars to have some fun along with newer people and regulars to navigate around the site a bit more. we think its an awesome idea!

We've been entering daily. unfortunately we couldn't do the profile verification one, as we verified our profile years ago! Verified profiles should have an automatic entry! It's all about marketing and web-hits, but it is a fantastic way to get other involved in the site in places they otherwise wouldn't. And free money? Well, we're not complaining either. It's stuff we do just about every day on here anyway!!! It's a shame though, that the forum has so much inolvement on the days where it's a task, but then goes back to the standard 10 or so posts the next day.... But either way, great idea RHP!

And the reason that there's no pop-up for the forum posts, is that they have to be approved by admin, so it's not 'automatic' as viewing pics is...

I'm loving logging in and checking the daily task along with my messages and flirts. Its fun learning new parts of the site and articles that i didn't know about before.... if you haven't checked out the articles & advice i defiantly recommend you do! Wonder what other new tasks they'll have for the rest of the month...?

i started doing the tasks from day one religously and never received a message saying id completed the task so i gave up. then a few days ago i was on here and it said that id completed the task (without me realising it) so i was like huh? wondering if anyone else has had problems getting recognition for doing the tasks? i feel a bit cheated to be honest and i know that id have been on here every day doing them if it wasnt for the fact that they wouldnt work :( oh well

@eighties_baby Had the same problem and turns out its just the browser I'm using.. switched to Firefox 3 ( the latest ) and everything works flawlessly now.. $3000 is enough incentive for me to upgrade my browser !!! =)

It's so easy too,which is what I like. You can read the task, and do it in less than 5 minutes usually.

thought i'd put in a reminder about how people might be missing their pop-ups. Like myself, I didn't even know it popped up to tell you that you have entered, until one day I noticed Firefox alerting me of a blocked pop-up, this straight after I had just done the task. All those other times I was paying no attention and assumed it was giving me an entry. So check your settings people and make sure you allow this site to have pop-ups
