... in : - different teas, herbal teas, chai and fruit tisanes; - luxurious faux fur throws, coats, and stoles; - my cat deciding to be indoors most of the time and snuggling up to me or nestling on my lap (he's male... all males are users! LOL! :-P) ; - hot soups, noodle soups, broths, and chowders; - dreaming of hot, sweaty... schtuff with an ideal man who is a cross between Mr Darcy and Mr Christian Gray; and... ... ... ... Ok, the mind can no longer think clearly because that last fantasy has completely shortcircuited my brain and diverted blood flow to my nether regions. :-D Hehe!

Watching the rain from my rather large windows that face the garden.Pumkin soup with chilli brewing on the stove. Thick soft wooly jumper,fur babies snuggled together on couch . Watching DVDs,currently it's the Swedish Wallender...life is hard 🐞Q

...is the the cold, crisp air. The way it feels sharp when you take a deep breath and if it's cold enough...the way it feels so dry on exposed skin.The next best thing is the clothes I get to wear in winter to resist the cold in comfort. From casual hoodies to wool, cashmere jumpers, scarves, beanies and fingerless gloves. I love wool now.Then there's the functional clothing. Faux fur lined hooded jackets and waterproof trousers and boots, merino thermals, Goretex riding suits and a balaclava under a helmet. When else do I get to wear a balaclava?Getting to dress up is like being a kid again.

I won't be suffering from heat rashes nor constant dizziness! I can also wear my slim fit pants, and dresses over stockings/tights/leggings with ankle boots. Can't really wear the knee-high boots anymore as winter in the last couple of years is not cold enough for me to wear them regularly. Can comfortable sleep without sweat dripping down my neck and wake me up in the middle of the night. Yes, we have air cond, but it's not the solution for summer night sleeps in the long run. I can enjoy my clear soup, as well as my laksa, even more as I like to feel the warmth of the soup and laksa spreading through my body and warm me up 😝 - Posted from rhpmobile

Things about winter I like , electric blanket on 3 jumping into bed . When I go for a walk , snuggling on the couch . Cup of cake , watching AFL sitting in a pub all cozy . Guinness ( meat & 3 veg )

I'm still going through hot flashes and summer was killing me. I couldn't take off enough clothing! No layers of winter clothing for me, it's a summer maxi dress and a warm scarf. And I love snuggling under the blanket with hisself, well until I get another hot flash. Peachy

If you ever find yourself coming to Melbourne, I'll take you there for Laksa! We can cool down afterwards with a glass of Iced Sparkling Ribena with Lychee or Ice Teh Tarik or Ice Lemon Tea from the same restaurant!

girlfriend says: "its snuggling weather" and dont get me wrong, i dont complain about a good snuggle. but i feel that winter pushes the outdoor activity lover in me into a bit of a box im definitely more a summer lover, being that i like to enjoy my sports without natures interruptions
