Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I find restraint very sexy in a man (and occasionally on a man ;)). If a man fantasises about me because he's really into me, that's incredibly flattering. If he fantasises about my boobs or arse from a photo I find that dull. Not unexpected, just dull. So the context is important to me, and most of the time I first want to know that a man finds my mind and spirit fantasy-worthy, before I really feel flattered that he's lusting after the rest of me. It's a whole package thing, with the physical being the least important thing about me. So yes, for me it depends.
