Most I've been with have... and they are usually the ones I have enjoyed it with the most as well. very broad question, I have had varied results even with the same woman. I find that mood, position and the "need" to cum have an impact on weather she does or not, and I dont mind at all. You never know if a woman needs clitoral stimulation to orgasm so the best way is to ensure that the clit is being stimulated during penetration, saves any chance of them not having an orgasm. It takes some oral work to get the clit to stick out enough to make it accessible to the shaft then during penetration then adjust to angle of entry to ensure the thrusting shaft contacts the clit throughout the session, that way they have the penetration they like and the clitoral stimulation many need.
