give me a man in uniform any time when i guy is in one of the forces he has to take pride in that uniform to iron it and make it look the best it can out in public.U can see also that he walk tall in that uniform. But in saying that its great fun getting them out of it hahaha

If its meant to come off should not make much of a difference . I have been in a number of Uniforms over the last 10 years but that rarely worked to my advantage ; ) By the same token, same way men love to see a lady wrapped preciously in fine lingerie' , the ladies may prefer a man in neat attire or Uniforms of course.

Maybe i spend too long in my car but I love road workers and luckily they are everywhere!(especially if you live in brisbane). Tradies too I like men to look like real men.

You make it sound like tradies are less intelligent. Yet, had I left high school in year ten and got skilled as a floor and wall Tiler, before my peers graduated from architecture at uni, I'd have made some good money, started my own business, employ ten lady apprentices to lay floor tiles and have the most sought after, popular and professional team in the business. Then while those recent graduate architects are earning 40,000 a year, I'll have made my fortune early. Tradies are the smart ones, aren't responsible for halving the value of everybody's super fund and if you were to ask me, they're a good catch... Always have been. If only I was smart enough to realize before I headed off to university.

I hope i didn't make it sound like tradies were un-intelligent, as if that is the case, i am super dumb (Dual Trade). Was just interested is all. Mrs Rough loves the tradies too (Lucky me). The poll we read stated that in tough times women were more drawn to the mans man so to speak. That said Gaz, even you have to admit, there is a very high proportion of yobbo's in the trade's though, which gives us I telli gent type a bad name ; ). I think Sexycountrycouple, has hit the nail on the head though.

Tradie any day.. Preferably without the fashionable builders/Plumbers bum. In my opinion these guys know what a hard days work is and there bods are living proof, well toned n tanned..Well most of them anyway. Sorry to all the suits out there.. But pfft really whats a hard days work for you!!! Trying to figure out what to have for lunch?? lol.. Uniforms.... Hmmm never my thing all I can think of is getting a fine...

Hasn't helped me at all and I'm both! Got the uniform and do a trade in there albeit a higher level one. I don't think I have ever scored anything from it though and I've got 20 years of being in uniform.

I took the sailor's uniform on in '87 and casual sex all of a sudden became hard work, even though I put on the tradie's gear ;)

No way *playfulminx*.... I went to a strip show back when I was a pup.... Miss nude Australia dragged me up on stage... and she was wearing a police uniform... with her hand down my pants I still didn't get an erection... now.. maybe it was just stage fright... but I think it was the police uniform... the moment she took off the police cap, let her hair loose and showed me those norko's I got rock hard... I've lost count how many times I've heard suits debate where to go for lunch in elevators lol. I was going to make a comment about the 'caveman with a toolbelt' thing but after reading all the post i got over it (short attention span. woo! :P). I'm an Electrical Technician. Its like a sparky but with brains It's more than just "red wire.. red hole. green wire... green hole, etc." I can build/fix just about anything but after the days done, I don't exactly feel attractive being covered in crap and sweaty..

My personal preference?........definitely a tradie...they've just got that hard working, little rough around the edges appeal to them. I living in a little mining town and whether they're tradies or miners (or both) they get my vote over suits any day. Real men. :)

My love interest is very intellilgent (yep been to uni ) and is also incredibly good with his hands and can build or fix anything he puts his mind to. I've never seen him in a suit or a uniform but given he's natural sexy charm he would look good in anything. I used to like men in uniforms when I was in my late teens, then switched to liking tradies and then suits and now . . . . eye candy is good regardless of what they are dressed in though being besotted with Mr, I hardly look anymore. Hey guys, I wear a uniform every working day (military) but trust me, when you are exposed to them daily they loose their appeal. in my younger days...lol... quite often there would be bits of uniform on the floor and stiil on me or her at the end of a hot seesion after work....or sometimes during...lol. What ever your clothing turn on, it can loose it's appeal once you live it often enough. Don't forget our women in uniform either..........mmmmmmmm........some are soooooo hot!!!!!

Like most ladies, the uniform was a bit of a thing for a long time, but now, after 4 men in close proximity to me wearing uniforms, they've lost their appeal. Nowdays, give me a suit and tie, preferably with the power that comes with it, now THAT'S an aphrodisiac! And as the suit wearer tends to be well groomed and smell wonderful. However, there is a catch, if the suit can't use his hands, I have no use for him. Looks like I hit the jackpot however.... Viking

Have been a tradie, worn a uniform of sorts and now a suit and can not say that any has lead to more attention than the other but if I had to pick one it would be the suit, especially a well made tailored to fit suit But being from a tradie background I am still good with my hands and certainly still toned In the end it is all about work clothes, and work is what I do for money, it is not what or who I am as a person away from work

altho i dated a cop for 4yrs sorry doesnt do a thing for me their uniforms, reminds me of ironing actually. Didnt like them before i met him, didnt like the uniform after either lol. And i have military friends, hot i guess but then it becomes the norm a uniform. But if a hot guy walks past in a suit i drool. A suit through the centuries has always been a sign of intelligence, power and wealth. Always been a status symbol and to me that oozes sex appeal and confidence. But at the end of the day its the man that counts not what he wears for his job.

As the owner of a Uniform and corporate apparel business, the comments made here seem somewhat the norm in the workplace. Suits that want the attention... Tradies that want the attention... and cavemen that wouldnt know they got attention if the club they were holding fell on their heads. Personally there is nothin better than a sharp dressed lady. Not that I have anything to say about girls as tradies but who wants a woman that looks like she 103 because of the physical toll taken on her body because of her job. I meet people from all walks of life and at the end of the day, it comes down to whats under the exterior, what kind of person they are. I have meet some stunning ladies that wear corporate gear, you;d sell your left leg for a second glance but where complete b&#ches, I have meet some plain girls who were tradies and would gladly take them home to meet mum as they were so gentle and geniune. Lets not put people into stereo types (yes hard to do in this day and age). Although there is alot of wealth with tradies, I am only young (well atleast I think so) and have built an extremely successful business... and I wear a suit and I am proud of my acheivements. The moral of the story... dont judge a book by its cover...

Well I married a hot cop :P lucky me hey ;) He looks mighty fine in his uniform and he looks mighty fine with it on the floor :P Tradies look hot too and so does a man in a suit... I think its how the man in the clothes carries himself. Confident, lil cocky, cheeky and damm sexy makes what they are wearing so much hotter! Men in suits are pretty sexy.... I also have what I call a "lawyer fetish"....men in barrister's robes turn me on something silly, I don't know why. Asked the girl and she couldn't answer, seems what style is on the exterior doesn't matter. She agrees with me that it's the way someone carries themselves that helps their clothes add to their sex appeal. Poor me, I choose not to wear any form of work dictated costume at all - don't like to be stereotyped! Although whenever we have a fancy do to go to the girl definitely gets that lustful look in her eye when I put a suit on but never gets the same for strangers in suits. I think it's just seeing me in something different. No work costumes but you should see our play costume wardrobe!!!

please insert grain of salt here to all who may be offended. i'm a tradie(air conditioning) and my missus is a sparky(this part is definitely true). and i have to say this kind of labelling reminds me of girls writing lists at school and also something that a govt agency would do(putting us all in our little boxes). firstly, as a tradie i hate the fact that peepl labl us az stoopid. when i get home from the pub(after having a bet on the first race at harold park), i read - while the missus makes my dinner and cleans the house. and not just silly male literature like zoo. i read the picture(two whole syllables). they've got some really big words on there like"Gazongas". See, i can even spell it. now one other thing, i would've thought that the term tradesman would be a better word to describe real estate agents, service station attendants, stock brokers, etc, as they acually trade things. a better way of defining a tradie i believe would be in 2 categories. 1)fixman and 2)makeman. this would be a more accurate description of what we actually do. now, i've got a mate who works in an office, a "suit" as it has been described. intellectuals, professionals, well red(had too much sun?) and the like. now in my experience, these are the kind of people who make decisions and organise the rest of society. the problem is they generally have no concept of what they actually organise because they don't do it. now if i told you how to tie your shoelaces but have only ever worn slip-on's, you'd probably disregard my advice and call me an arrogant son-of-a-bitch (no wonder society is going backwards). but we don't, we praise them and when companies fail due to bad decisions and poor organisation, we give em more money(huh?). and that's why the girls love em. they wear nice clothes and have lots of money. no that couldn't be it could it. as opposed to us dirty sweaty makemen and fixmen who keep the world moving(yes it is us who built the machine that spins the earth and yes it is a bastard to fix). so ask yourself girls, do you want a man who will walk out on you prior to orgasm due to the fact that it is over 25degrees and that's an oh+s issue or do you want a man who is so dirty and sweaty that you can smell him all the way from the TAB? the other option is a uniform. the best thing about a man in uniform is you can fuck all his workmates and say you didn't realise because he was wearing the same clothes. holy shit girls, with all that stuff you have to deal with i think you've got 3 options. get a dog, get a dildo or get a girlfriend. was there not enough salt to cope with all the people i may have offended. apologies. mr fix it.

The first half of your post had me thoroughly entertained and showed great wit and humour but then you turned around and bit yourself on your firm, toned, sweaty arse! You fell into the same stereotyping as everyone else but just displaying it from your side of the fence!I genuinely love great people and have friends who are fix its, mend its, control its, finance its and some who just pick up shit that all of us leave around. It takes us all to survive in a complex society and gee it's a pain that we have to lay shit on anyone over the other side of the fence to us. As an example: Damn the politicians - well we vote the bastards in so who's fault is it? If anyone thinks they can do a better job in any field then get out there and do the hard yards and show us!I'm actually a Mr Fix & Mend It that doesn't have to wear a uniform to and from work and doesn't get hot and sweaty (unless the damn airconditioning fails) but like other lets say "White Collar Tradies" I think I perform a valuable service to society. Oh and don't ask what I do, it's a pet hate of mine as it's always in the top 5 first lines of meeting someone. I don't give a damn what you do, I give a damn who you are!I do love it that on a sex site we can get so philosophical haha. Mr Fix It stick to the thoughts in the first half and you'll be a better man for it, oh and any tips on the next harold park meet?

There is a certain appeal to men in all of the above articles of clothing... Uniforms: i mean really u cant go past, a man in uniform: "Fireman" to the rescue, for me please, its all that hero aspect i think, Tradies: not neccesarilly tradies, but when i man coms home from work in those long dark blue king gees, and are dirty from head to toe, i cant resist but jump them when they get home... shows he works hard, can get down and dirty, and probably plays hard as well!! Suits: well for me it would probably be the attraction of a man in power!!, or if a tradie, and then wearing a suit for weddngs etc, sexy as hell.... most men look good in a wel made tailored suit! Makes u just want to rip it off them! PERFECT FANTASY: a Fireman, out fighting fires, saving lives, comes home filthy dirty, where i can drag him to the shower for a wash, and to gt dirty again( in a different way ) then dressing him in a suit for dinner out or a wedding, where i can eye him off all night till i can tear that sexy suit from his body when we get home.... or on the way home ( or maybe in the bathroom wherever we are) Ok gettin a little worked up now.... i must leave this forum immediatly :)

I wore a uniform for 30 years (RAAF) and yes it did attract a lot of attention. I know I got asked out by women solely on the fact I wore a uniform and yes in my younger years I did use that fact to score (hangs head in shame at impetuous youth). The number of times I heard the statement "Oh I love a man in uniform", grr just once I wanted to hear "Oh I would love to see you OUT of uniform". lol I now wear a suit and to be honest, love it, at least I am wearing something different each day, not looking like a clone of the guy next to me! On thing to remember ladies, if you meet a guy in uniform (especially military) in public, he might act very differently to what he is like in civies. When in uniform you are on public display and on duty, a lot (well i know I did), realised this and didn't do anything that would put shame on the uniform. That even included smoking in public, wierd I know but I wore the uniform with pride.

Well umm err, I only hung up the uniform last year so yes I did keep a "few" sets for old time sake ... my normal blues, dress blues, mess kit, flying suits, aus cams and desert cams - one never knows when one might need them again lol

Mrs aplusj here, I use to be suits, but didn't realise what I was missing. I have both a uniform and a tradie. When he puts on the uniform at 5.30am and all I want to do is rip it off him and spend the day in bed, you know its good. Oh and we went to a family day on base and I had to stop myself from jumping him and a couple of his work colleagues. mmmmm...uniforms. mmmmm...tradie hands, rough in all the right ways :)

Well i wear a military uniform daily, trust me when i say this it has had its merrits time and time again. For me though nothing like seeing an attractive business women in a shirt tight skirt with stockings, a nice tight white blouse with the top button undone giving a sneak peak at her lingeri underneath and a well tailored jacket and heels....
