  A clothing optional beach is still legally seen as a public beach. The only difference is that you can sunbathe & swim nude etc. If you engage in sex and or lewd sexual acts on a public beach you would be prosecuted if caught. If you did the same on a clothing optional beach, the same law would apply. Therefore behave as you would, on a normal clothed beach, or any public space for that matter. Sadly many clothing optional beaches have been stripped of their legal & gazetted clothing optional status, due to unacceptable behaviour by some people.   Yeah, it does. Mainly in the sand dunes with the perverted wankers. Just be mindful of others as not every one goes there to have sexual "FUN". Be warned tho, it is patroled. Don't even think of going into the Tea Tree Lake area for a bit of frisky fun either. It is sacret grounds, for women only. So be very respectful of that, even tho creeps go there, which is not ok.   I'm telling you now, locals don't like visitors going there because of their expectations of sexual/lewd behavour. So be warned if there is locals there, you'll be fucked, but not in a good way. 😁 Ms Foxy
