  I have the best posture when wearing it. Purchased it through a Facebook site. It looks similar to the Kardashian one from what I can tell.

  I have an underbust and overbust trainer. The underbust is in my pics... My posture is amazing, I have a waist when I wear it. You could rest a martini on my boobs when I have mine on. I got mine from Corsets au (now corset Story). Go for a dedicated trainer - not a fashion corset - and read everything you can on waist training. Enjoy - I love wearing mine M, xxx

  how often and for how long do you wear yours? how does it support your back? has you back benefited it from wearing it?

  I have lower back issues and find the waist trainer doesn't really help with that. It certainly gives suport and makes you aware so you move correctly. For my back issues I find Pilates are beneficial. but if your back issues are caused by big boobs then I am of no help to you. first time I put it in I only wore it for an hour, the next time for 3 hours, next for 5 hours. I don't currently wear it everyday as my reason for buying it was to fuck in it as it made me feel sexy and gave me more confidence with such a jiggly belly. I have since found that it's a marvelous thing to wear for all occasions. I don't wear it to work though. Not yet anyway.
