  Heard of it but not into it at all. Wet messy sex for sure but not food, mud, paint or anything like that. I’d probably do it for fun but would be laughing to much for it to be sexy. Showering each other afterwards would be where the fun began.

  Being covered with water, soap and oil can occur quite normally, in the bath or shower, or for a mutual oil massage. Food can be used quite normally too, I've tried the old whipped cream or dessert topping (various flavours tested). Where it becomes the fetish is when it is taken much further and is considered the main event, as opposed to a simple addition to regular sex or intimacy.
