What is wrong with Vanilla?

This forum topic is inspired by my distaste for the word Vanilla. Pet hate I guess and totally unreasonable, but it bugs me like emoticons and text speak bug others! Lol It got me thinking. Just what is wrong with Vanilla??? Vanilla has many great qualities! It can be full cream or lite. So many differentt things come in Vanilla and you can add anything to it! Vanilla should not be considered boring, it should be celebrated in all its ability to be tasty on its own and even better a little something on the side. xx Sal PS...Yes this could be the most ridiculously boring (some may even say Vanilla) post in the forums to date. Too much time on my hands, Oh Andeeeeeee, darling, I'm bored, please entertain me! (insert batting of eyelashes, twirling of hair and biting of bottom lip)

There's nothing wrong with Vanilla... but to me it's kind of like a Tuesday. You know I'm always really appreciative that it is Friday at last. It kind of feels like a clebration day for me. I made it though another week and I'm still breathing :) .... adn I can cut loose, chill and let the breeze take me. Tomorrow is Saturday and I don't have to pretend that I care about all the stuff that happens in my week and I can ride my motorbike to distant beaches, skinny dip, get back to nature, shut down my overworked little brain. :) Recently I've tried to cheer up my Tuesdays by having pizza night with my bf.... the most delicious pizzas followed by affocata and a late night ride home on my motorbike... it's pleasant, albeit somewhat vanilla so far as activities go... but not wrong. Yay! It's nearly Friday afternoon! Hugs Gazza

lol Sal... you sexy thing... I love the word vanilla... because to me (and probably only to me :P) "vanilla" doesn't mean boring, exactly, just yummy one-on-one sex with no added flavours or toppings :P lol I have great, fantastic, fun vanilla sex... but, yes, if only vanilla were available, it would get boring pretty quick.. I quite like the flavour of vanilla. It mellows into with all sorts of other more exotic tastes and yet is distinctly recognisable.. even just a trace of vanilla is enough to click the old memory back a few notches to times when the world held much more mysterious. It's rewarding at times to get back to the basics :p as it give you more a better understanding of the more exotic. *shrugs* Hugs Gaz

The best icecream I've ever had was in Cornwall in 2007 - blackcurrant and vanilla, which i'm sure must be a interracial threesome, me sal and and... any ladies want to share? So, what is vanilla to you then Andy...this is why I have an issue? Is it vanilla when it is just you and me? That means you think we are boring!!!!
