  Check out the event section on here. You'll be able to see what people wear. Yes, there are change rooms one can change and even shower in. Even lockers too. Most places don't allow photos to be taken at venues unless it's professional photographers. When I've attended I've just worn attire (dress/heels), with my lingerie underneath. Ms Foxy

  Depends on the event. Drinks and dancing, then very revealing and sexy. Man often topless. Drinks and natter, then a touch more clothing, but maybe lingerie for women. Sex club, a towel is most often used or lingerie (often newbies). But whatever you are comfortable in and out of. People are unlikely to deride your choice of apparel - it's more about you being approachable and pleasant.
