What would be your last unhealthy food to eat

June 28 2013

If one day you were diagnosed with a symptomatic disease, which you were born with, and you were put on strict diet in order to control/treat it (apart from taking medication), what are the unhealthy food (that you normally love to eat) would you eat in your last unhealthy meal before you commence the treatment??? I would eat anything that are high in carbs such as noodle, pasta, rice, potato, etc. in my last meal, because I love my noodle and pasta lol. Of course, I would not eat all of the carbs food, just one or two types. Now, please note that I am talking about a symptomatic disease that can turn into a serious, or even life threatening, type of illness later on if one does not take caution of what he/she eats every day every meal, as well as monitoring/controlling their weight!- Posted from rhpmobile

I do like cheese but alas lactose intolerant and my friends get intolerant if I eat the stuff as I fart all day if I do, long and loud, but as my farts always smell like crushed rose petals, its not to bad is it?   but for me   Bread I love bread.

Peking duck is obviously one way to go; all the sugar in the Hoi Sin sauce, all that fat in the duck skin, the carbs in the pancakes. And there are only two choices of drink: a good Tasmanian pinot noir, or sparkling shiraz.Could follow up with huge numbers of Chinese egg tarts with that so short pastry ooohBut in my former family, I used to do the christmas turkey, and I think that's what I'd have:Turkey, stuffed, basted in butter (Stephanie has the best recipe); always get extra legs from the butcher cos the dark meat is betterRoast vegesCranberry sauce and bread sauce and gravyAll with, again, sparkling shirazPlum pudding (David Jones sell some good ones)Brandy butter (butter, icing sugar half each and then blend in as much rough brandy as you can)Brandy custardAnd drink some rutherglen muscat with itThen lie down and drowsily die.

    - All the variations of chocolate with peanut butter that I could get my hands on- a few bowls of my mum's spaghetti bolognaise (although I think pasta can be ok in moderation as long as it's with tomato-based sauces as opposed to creamy ones, and also there are wholemeal pastas; not all carbs are bad and this thing where people - I mean ordinary people just trying to lose weight - avoid anything with carbs is ridiculous and shows a lack of understanding about the difference between simple and complex carbs and the important role that complex ones play in our bodies)- a few kahlua margaritas from Cactus Jacks, oh yeah better throw in a couple strawberry ones as well- brie or camembert cheese, preferably both- potato - mashed, roasted, baked with sour cream, guacamole and cheese, in a potato bake, etc. etc.- better throw in some bubbly as wellThat's what I can think of for starters....yes I love food

Just less of, as life is short and one should still enjoy their luxuries even if it is once is a blue moon
