  Depending on what you want to attract. Joining a club or class, start a new hobby where guys also attend is what I would do. Gym, salsa class, painting classes, golf club, trivia at the local pub with a girlfriend.

There is a bit of stigma about dating apps but it's a convenient way to connect with people, screen for compatibility and then decide if you want to invest your time and effort into going on dates.
