Well presence and personality are by far the most things. But to get there, you first have to get past the looks and words. If you can do that then how is anyone going to get to know your personality and presence.

Presence for sure... words and appearance can be tweaked... the way you come across to people, that vibe they get from you, the way they make you feel can’t be faked.. presence is instinctual, its in you and it’ll either make you or break you

To an extent I'd say appearance. I don't mean they have to look dazzling but they would have to look clean and make a little effort. Presence and words are then crucial for any other steps to happen.
