couldnt agree more PEACHY, my stand out faves would be Tuscans straight shooting and Cavey's ambivalance, (spell check)...... but Super box has a supportive tone that warm's the place......... generally a very cluey and somewhat enchanting gaggle of geese. cheerz

There are a few, but probably the standout for me in both respects would be Ms Devious....a very classy, intelligent, and sexy woman whose views on a lot of things are close to mine.

You great people know who you are. I have hung out with you, and made plans to meet again soon, I have have slept with you, and done so again and again (and again) I have had email conversations with you where I've mentioned I like you, I have agreed with quite a few of your posts. Or even all of the above.

I find something to like, admire and learn from in most people. Even if they annoy the hell out of me it forces me to look at myself, my own intolerances etc (and I have many!). I don't aspire to be like anyone. I aspire to be the best version of me that I can be, and I'm pretty gentle with myself about all the ways in which I fall short of that. Every time you copy someone else, or even compare yourself to them, you give up a little of your own power to be you, and to be awesome. In the end we're all the same. We want to love and be loved. We want to experience joy and be comforted through hard times.

I love TR and Cavey's humour, had many a giggle or guffaw after reading many of their posts. This world needs more 'characters' like them. Freya's creative and oftimes insightful input certainly warrants a mention. The forumite i would have aspired to and who could have probably taught me the most was Chasingmidnight.

the poster that I relate to most is Tuscan. We have met and shared some of our stories. Our lives have had some eerily similar events. I don't aspire to be like anyone other than me,but I have been inspired by some people here, most definitely. One is a young man who was exteremely distressed by his lack of spelling abilities, and how he was treated because of it. So I am now the Simon Wiesthenthal of spelling nazis.

I've been thinking on the tone of the idea that aspiring to be like someone we admire seems to be considered a bit negatively. I thought to go on to say that it would be my perceptions of those characteristics I admire in the person I aspire to, that I would be aiming at. It's a bit like where, as Cavey so eloquently puts it, "Lord: plese help me to become the person my Dog THINKS I am" lol. So no carbon copying. Many people have aspired to be like people they admired like singers and actors for eg, without in the least becoming a carbon copy of the person/people they admire, it's just given them something to aim for. Maybe I should say that I admire characteristics in some people and would like to encourage more of those characteristics, as I see them. :-)There is one thing that is certain about me that I'm proud of, and that is, I'm an individual! As are we all!!!Thanks for all the thoughts you've shared about what it is you admire about people. It's very nice to hear such positive words in general. Peachy

It's a whose who of the Kings, Queens, Princesses, Prince, Dukes etc... of the sandpit! I can see the sand castle with it's deep moat and all the troops lining up to defend and incoming threats.Of course there are going to be court jesters, raiders from far lands, parachuters, spy's, lurkers, stalkers (swine) holiday makers and those who gaze upon the sand castle kingdom in awe or displeasure of what transpires. Sometimes it needs a good raking to clean out some of the marauders droppings and also those from the dwellers.Never EVER bleed in the sand pit, but don't be afraid to contribute as the regulars really like to hear what your opinions are.All in all it's like a scene from Agincourt where so few faced so many and stood fast. I take my collective hats off to you all who are too many to mention and just say (in the words of Voltaire) "I may not agree with what you are saying but I will defend to the death your right to say it"Good night and good luck, reading the posts is as enlightening as is it entertaining so for that we thank you regulars.

We haven't seen so much of her in the forums lately which is a shame in my opinion. My mistake not to be more aware that even the strongest of us have our sensitivities. What I admire about this lady in particular is her strength, that she keeps n keeping on even with all the trials she faces. More power to the lady, she has a big heart. <3Nice post Vaga, you remind me of when various people were describing the forums on a thread recently, descriptions like the Bakery, Lord of The Flies etc were bandied around. The description that occured to me long after the fact was Game of Thrones lol. That series is returning to Foxtel soon. My most realistic and persitent imagining though is that of soapies... and so are the days of our lives. ;-) Thanks to you Wild, yoou have long been an inspiration to me. I value that we live on a two way street. Hugs ;-)Peachy

relate mostly to Meeka ... her sense of fun and definitely her taste in spunky young men (still laugh about licking his chest and the tandem cock suck). There are numerous lovelies that I admire on here for lots of reasons; Their openess to share their stories; Their strength of character in overcoming serious adversities and maintaining their sense of adventure; Their wisdom; Their twisted sense of humour. I won't name names but they are the usual suspects. Would make a great film too!!!

It's funny how you relate to people. At the moment there isn't anyone I feel I could learn from, but this could possibly be that I am not reading that much. LMAO Paintme! Well what do you expect when two buxom short ladies get together with a 6foot + spunky naked dude. But that was hilarious... Must have looked even funnier to have two girls hanging off his nipples like that. Lucky we dropped to our knees because that would have just looked too weird otherwise. (ˆڡˆ)

not really sure, without meeting face to face.......there are a few who we like and respect tho, and whose words we read and consider...some of these are people with whom we've had contact and dialogue outside of the forums.... and who we'd like to meet, should the opportunity ever arise...one in particular being the lady half of a couple from the west, its been and enlightening privilege to get to know her, and have an insight into her life, attitudes and understandings. its people like this who truly make these forums a pleasurable and enjoyable place to visit.

Quoting 'Ms_Devious'I want to be Freya when I grow up and Tuscanred when I don't. I have learnt so much from people, some I have a love loath thing at times, depending on the topic you MS Devious, and neptune drift, smart young fella Meeka even though she gives me the shits at times, she is fiesty and has good points and is wise beyond her years. Cavey, cause he is ying to my yang, always makes me smile with his dry and funny comments Ms Peachy as I know her offline and also Zfunloving, but mabye we conect and also disagree as we have the same childhood backgrounds. Inspirit..cause she has spirit and is pinning her ears back and enjoying the rhp life. wow wow, is just wowwow yes chasing Midnight, and STalky Handmaiden paintme GT and Mischevious lad Jsk and European Bliss, and Chrissy for their courage and honesty and also hoow much they have educmicated me Shinna, I guess all the people that have taken the time to contribute and to also take it on the chin, takes a lot of gutts to post on rhp. Every one that puts up a post has balls, and good on em my fave is Freeya...I bust my buttons with laughter when I am around her on the phone we can hardly understand what we are saying we laugh so much. thats like a rhp accadamy award speach , so if I forgot a name forgive me, there are just to many I admire. I aspire to be a better person by taking in the comments people write, even if I do not agree with them at times.
