some parts of body needs more laser than others. At least about 5 or so goes. go to one friends may have gone to. some places use cheap machines - apparently if not used properly you can burn. some places use a lower wattage so you can go back more often. you need to shave area. get laser. you can get few waxes or shaves over next couple months and go laser again. is worth it with regular waxing. my beautician also uses it on ruddy cheeks to get an even skin colour. pretty cool stuff.

Hi Nick, I'm in the process of getting IPL at the moment. I think it's short for Intense Pulse Light or something like that. It's a laser treatment. I'm just getting my brazillian done at the moment. I'm halfway through my treatments (8 all up for me) and I'm loving the results. There is no scaring as the laser travels down the hair shaft and "zaps" the hair folicle and kills it so no more hair grows there. Apart from a quick flash of pain (like an ant bite but it only lasts a blink of an eye) there is no pain from it and it only takes me around 10 minutes each session. I go once a month and shave in between visits. Each time less and less hair grows back. It is on the more expensive side but it's permanent and I figure given a couple of years I would have spent the same amount on waxing. I would highly recomment it to anyone who didn't mind permanently removing their hair. I hope this has helped. Try the good old tried and true "google" to read up on IPL treatments available. I'm going to Brazillian Beauty because they are the only place near me that offers it but there are lots of places that have it available in the city areas, do some research to find the one that you think would suit you best though. Cheers, Mrs DrinAli

Hi, I have tried laser hair removal and didnt find it very successful at all. I have had 10 treatments ( brazilian area ) and I am now back to waxing. Yes, it has "reduced" the hair but by no means has it all gone. I also found it very painful, to me it felt like a dozen heavy lackybands being flicked on the skin, all at once! There was no scarring or burning. I went to Hair Free in Booragoon. BB

I'm sorry to hear it didn't go so well for you hun. The idea of a dozen lackybands hitting my nether regions sounds bloody awful. I'll count myself lucky and I wish you all the best in the quest to be fuzz free. Mrs D

Blasphemer..face waxed...man....ur into it...I had my neck done once...never again...that was after cock, balls and arse wax....ie XXX male. The neck killed....I think If I had my face done flesh would come off it strips its so damn thick. Wish I could pull some up on top where its thinning. Now to the point....my hair now being silver it wont take lazer so I cant get it done but if I had the option years ago I would have done face, neck, under arms, back and of course full XXX. Leave the chest hair . Mars

Very fond of the practice of mutual plucking... hours of exploring every nook and cranny of the genitalia. If the lady does not mind a little erotic pain, then the time is well spent. The after care of massaging and pampering goes down well too. In most cases the hair grows back, but often thinned out. So its a never ending pleasure when too are involved. A baby smooth labia free of bristles is certainly enticing... just have this sudden urge to kiss and suck. The reciprocated ball suck is certainly a joy too.

ive had IPL (brazilian) and it sure does work...just as long as youre the right type of person for the treatment. you cant be dark skinned or have blonde hairs, or the treatment wont work. so basically that means if you want to take it seriously, no tanning down there. tanning the skin will increase your chance of burning, and increases the chances that the procedure wont work. and as someone else said, you have to make sure you go to the right type of place, as a lot of people have set up some really inferior IPL clinics in the past few years. dont go to a beauty clinic or anything like that- go to a special IPL only clinic. would you go to a vet for an operation? its the same as going to anywhere else other than an IPL only clinic for IPL. dont let the cost of IPL make you want to go to one of the cheaper, inferior places, because they dont work, and i know some people that have been burnt there. I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. IPL does work, as long as you follow the strict guidelines for its use. you will hear people that it doesnt work for, or people that have gotten burnt, but i can guarantee that in these cases, either they havent been to a proper IPL clinic, or that they are not suited to the treatment. also, IPL does hurt quite a lot. i had to have the highest level power for mine, and i can tell you its not pleasant. you can get a numbing cream from your pharmacist that helps with the pain. it didnt work for me, but apparently it does for some people. you should be able to get information on that from your IPL clinic. when you think about it though, as i was used to getting a waxed brazilian, its pretty much the same pain for IPL as for waxing. if youre used to getting the hair removed then i dont think you will be in for much shock. in general though, i must say its well worth the money and pain, because ive been hair free down there for awhile now, and its the best money i ever spent :)

"Singe the minge" is what I called it - didn't find it too painful and worth the expense, worked great for me and I like the results. Doesn't work on fair hair as someone noted - and that goes for greys too. Got a few of those that have to be plucked but overall it's 100% better than waxing... for me at least. Good luck with it!
