  Practice being purely honest. Start with yourself, then the people you interact with. Make a commitment to express exactly what you think and feel and not what your ego wants to hear or what you think will be most successful at getting what you want. If one is rock solid clear on what they think and feel then they will attract what they actually want and not what they think they should want.
