I googled a few tips which are bottom. I swear by baking powder because it absorbs odours, so as well as leaving a box in the car. I think it would be a good odea to first sprinkle it over the seats and floor and into the ashtray, leave it for a good few hours, and then vacuum it up. and Wipe over every surface Specific tips for the air conditioner, assuming you have one... Once this is done, you will have to repeat the procedure. This time with the AC turned off and the heater turned on.Look for the air intake vent located in the engine compartment on the passenger side of the vehicle, and spray the deodorizer directly on the air intake screen. You could also get rid of odors that are trapped in the air conditioning vents in your car. To do this, park your vehicle outdoors and lift the hood of the car. With the engine still running, turn the air conditioner to the highest setting and make sure that the AC setting has been changed to ‘Fresh Air’. Use air fresheners to eliminate smoke smell. After cleaning out the car, raid your pantry for odor eliminators. Dryer sheets placed under seats will help freshen the air. Also consider putting an open box of baking soda or a bowl of kitty litter in the car to absorb cigarette smell.

Sell the car. It’s almost impossible. All soft surface matierals, seats roof linings, floor carpet all trap the odour. Maybe Keep a handy packet of mints for each trip. Pop one when you jump in. Good job on kicking the habit. BB - Posted from rhpmobile

Sims. Or sell the parts with the exception of the interior. Non smokers can always smell that shit. Like the taste of a smokers cum

Damp towels over the seats....the damp towels will suck the smells out but you’ll need to wash them every day or every second day.... Follow up with a good upholstery clean...I hope you’ve had seat covers or you’re gonna be a long time cleaning lol - Posted from rhpmobile

So what's the plan with the roof lining and the carpets?

Over time the damp towels should draw the smell out of most of it... Lol but like everything, only 2 things in life are guaranteed....death, and taxes lol - Posted from rhpmobile

Burning a candle inside the car...at your own risk of course... I remember a mate who smoked inside his house, and it never used to smell horrid...he used to burn just a plain candle - Posted from rhpmobile

Fire generally gets rid of the ciggy smoke smell, then you get a new car with no smell :-) (not suggesting any illegal activities though).

I'm thinking not but then she didn't ask how to get rid of the smell of mouldy towels

I would suggest taking it to a pro detailer, one who does cars for car yards. They should be able to get all traces of residual ciggy odour out of the upholstery for you.

Think giving up the gaspers has been too much. She's left the building. Most certainly it was the thought of Moist towels everywhere
