I was out at some exhibition/display homes in Sydney the other week, when it dawned on me some possibilities... One of the things that's put me off going to 'known' dogging spots to watch is 1. the police come by semi-frequently (there's pro's and con's to that...) and 2. me being quite newb at this I get a little nervous being there waiting to see what might come as you just don't know what types frequent these places. On that same theme, I guess it's always the million dollar question for those that are meeting someone for random NSA about being in a safe location... Anyway with that in the back of my mind, I was quite intrigued when I realised that for a lot of the time, my friends and I were the only ones in the home itself. In addition, one house you could distinctly hear the front door open and close from anywhere in the display home. Thinking about it when I got home, I wondered whether it could be a cool little piece of flashing fun for a couple to fool around a touch if they wanted a discrete private audience or for themselves just to have a little fun whilst being careful not to get caught. Or a role play where a pretend buyer could come in and catch them. I'm not suggesting full on sex or anything to that level, but just pondered whether it could be a safe place to meet people you've never met for a little PG/M15 fun, given that there will be others about not too far away, and all going well, people could move onto somewhere else if they wanted to progress. Anyway, food for thought, or is this a case of been there done that, and everyone who's into exhibitionism has already tried it? Or is there something just plainly wrong with this idea...

What a great idea very exciting just the thought of it all. However most of the show houses have cameras going as well . - Posted from rhpmobile

the cameras are easy to pick... there is a risk to display houses but go to where they have quite of few in a little village type arrangement... dress appropriately - no underwear etc - and a lot of fun can be had... best are the two storey houses... you can hear or watch the front door from the upstairs in most...

My partner and I were looking for a rental home together. Whilst viewing one particular house we had a little bit of a grope and fondle in the huge kitchen pantry, and of course, got sprung by the agent.

Many families frequent display homes, so just be aware of this when you're having fun.
