Well... the trouble is that testosterone range varies considerably between individuals .... so low for me might be high for a 70 year old stalky impersonator..... and the range varies widely during the day, influenced by what you eat, when you exercised, how long you slept... etc...... at best... if your doctor says you're low.. then that's a dire situation and I recommend a 35 minute blow job stat. The only way to tell is by a blood test and your sample is interpreted by reference to typical ranges taking all those things into account. There are natural ways to induce an increased production of testosterone such as a good diet and exercise, lowering your oestrogen % by reducing body fat, various body building supplements will show a moderate increase initially but that quickly levels out and gets back to your body's normal stasis... but the typical method is to improve your health by doing manly types of exercise. There are un-natural ways.... which involve monitored steriod treatment prescribed by a medical professional. These are effective but your body reacts be reducing the natural production of testosterone... at the risk of making your spuds shrink and causing impotency... hence the critical monitoring.HugsStalky

My experience is that like most body building supplements they are taken because you think that they might help.. and because you think that they are helping you are more committed to training.... it's a self fulfilling prophecy. Just like vitamins... you take them not because your diet is lacking but because if it is lacking, then it will no longer be lacking. In my opinion you can save your money... as these products seem to have an initial boost effect and then peter out. Plus... if your levels are not low nothing is required.. therefore they become a very expensive additive to your urine.HugsStalky

Scientifically i can't prove it, but after 2 days taking it, see how much you cum!

First of supplements like tribulus are a waist of time and money, you can achieve far more increase in testosterone levels through wieght resitant exercise and good diet. If your are really concerned about your test levels, see a doctor who knows what he is doing, very few do when it comes to male hormone levels. A males testosterone production peaks in your eary 20s and declines from there on, in some men it declines faster than others and life style disease stress and other factors can have a large bearing on the rate of decline. Testosterone needs to be tested with blood tests and saliva to, one test without the other can at times be pointless and give an incorrect indication. Your other hormone levels should also be tested, particularly cortisol a stress related hormone that if your body is producing to much of can inhibit your body's ability to produce and/or absorb testosterone and estrogen. Yes men do produce estrogen and men can produce to much. The main point is that one test such as a blood test of your testosterone levels can give a completely wrong indication of what is happening. I went for over 10 years with a severe inbalance in hormone levels despite seeing various doctors and so called specialists. Fortuantely I final found a Dr who did not have his head up his arse and was able to look past text books and was able to diagnose the problem. I was at risk of suffering severe irrevesible medical problems if it had gone much longer undiagnosed. The main testosterone supplementation methods are injections on a 10-14day intervals such as sustanon and primoteston Troches (a lozenge that you place in your gum to disolve nightly) Patches creams All methods have different benefits and disadvantages to them, unless the doctor you see has had experience in this area and can explain the difference between each treatment, then he/she probably does not know what they are talking about and you need to go see someone who does.

Quoting 'Capital'Get sexually stimulated as much as possible, just having several erections a day increases testosterone. Make sure your balls are cool and free to hang. I think I'm going to make this my motto. Who couldn't do with a little sexual stimulation at least three times a day?Actually I've always considered my balls to be pretty cool too. I like to stretch my scrotum skin over things... like my lover's face for instance..... but, (readers beware.. I'm going to delve into a little personalised concept here), quite regularly I find myself massaging my lover's toes through my scrotum skin by stretching it over the top of them and rubbing through the scrotum with my fingers... because I like the toey response that lovers give.. you know.. rubbing the base of my cock.. that woody part that runs underneath my scrotum. Scrotums are kewl! Oh.. and the older I get.. seems the more they hang so no probs there!!HUgsStalky
