  I think its best to avoid masturbating...except as a tool to keep performance up to par.... The last thing you want after masturbation is to please your partner....Save it up for the one you love I say....I find sex is always much much better if you've abstained for a few weeks......anecdotally, I think maybe you can start to prefer masturbation to real sex if the balance isn't right...I think that would be a sad state to get to...Something to think about anyway.....

  I dedicate whole days to wanking, sometimes i'm like 'right i'm going to find the best bit of porn and blow over that' but with slow internet and buffering it can take sometime! I think my maximum when I was a teenager was batting 13 out in a 24 hour period! 13 unlucky for some! You are a legend my friend a sneaky toilet wank at work is crafty!!!   I guess wanking is a good way to build up the arm muscles... But its also a good give away what you've been habitually doing with monotonous regularity, when one arm is noticeably much larger than the other. One needs to be actively ambidextrous...
