You need to be careful about electric shocks. So it depends on what you want to do and where you're going to do it? If it's one of those flat screen tv's then you need to make sure you wear wellington boots, the rubber will protect you. Best bet get one of those old black and white portable TV's ... oh enough crap TV gags but I was confused until I read Gaz's response.
