  A match between profile and what we see is a good start. We also always speak to people on the phone just prior to first meet and greet to put a voice to the name and make a call on their authenticity. Although the true test is the first meet and greet. Are they happy, comfortable, eager to add to the conversation and equally listen, learn about their backgrounds, family/work,life etc and are they mature. We understand people are nervous just as we can be sometimes, but that's OK. And if people put time and effort into their conversations and are light hearted with an equally inquisitive mind and a colourful imagination...well that also speaks volumes to us. Mrs Bi
