When I have ever gone for a 'meet' (on a plain dating site), I have always presented myself in the very cleanest and best way I can (I'm clean all the time anyway). But if someone went to a meet with someone from this site (where the expectation for a quick turn around from 'meet to bonk' is hopefully a possibility), why wouldn't you move heaven and earth to make sure there was absolutely nothing that anyone could find 'unpleasant or off-putting???? Some people really amaze me... is it that they don't care or just don't know better???

I always meet someone for a drink first. This gives me a chance to check them out and I'm sure the same goes for them. Dirty fingernails are an instant turn off. No way are those going anywhere near me. YUCK Sometimes it could be a quick drink after work so I do understand that we do sweat a bit during the day but everyone has access to water and soap to wash your hands. Shudder .........

...but definitely would not hesitate in saying no if they had poor hygiene.Really cant understand why some just wont bother......have heard some horror stories concerning both men and women!Even if I am seeing someone regularly for months or meeting for the first time, I always go through the same routine,...wax,shave bath,clean hair,nails,make up, body lotion, fragrance,clean teeth, mints.....One thing I have noticed is the amount of men that don't seem to wear cologne anymore........they may be clean shaven and all the rest but no cologne? Im big on personal hygiene, having said that because of my work, my fingernails are usualy dirty and my hands are ruff/callused and often stained from chemicals that dont wash off.. gloves are to cumbersome and dangerous (moving parts) perhaps I need to start getting pedicures before hitting the town?
